One of the most exciting times for a couple is when they get engaged. If they are planning a wedding 2 years away they have some time to figure things out. If they are planning to get married in 1 year or less this is the list you need to make your life easier.
1. Choose a venue
There is a reason #1 isn't "choose a wedding date". Most often than not the venue will let you know what dates they have available for that year and next. 2. Book your wedding photographer
We are usually booked 1-2 years in advance. The further in advance you book the better chance you get to work with who you want instead of who is available. Before you book please make sure you meet with anyone that will be a vendor at your wedding.
3. Time to look for a dress!
Now that the venue and photographer are booked the next step is to find your dress. In our experience speaking with past brides the smaller your entourage the better to start things off. Once you have narrowed it down to 1 or 2 then bring everyone to make the final decision.
